Aerith

Aerith is a strong girl with homely looks but rich personality. She dies at the hands of Sephiroth at a time when you are just starting to get to like her after realizing her healing importance in the battle. She is peaceful, angelic and easily lovable making her the best feminine character in Final Fantasy.

Cloud Strife

Some consider his the most fascinating story in all Final Fantasy games. He is an iconic figure from the start that brings a sense of nostalgia for those who have been playing these games since they were kids. Arguably the most human among all characters with complexities and the lack of ability to comprehend he’s persona. His flaws, imperfections and ultimate rebirth are what make his story the most interesting of all.
